    Responsibilities:
    - Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and office assistants
    - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
    - Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
    - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
    - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
    - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
    - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional coordination
    - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Proficient in using Google Suite or similar productivity tools
    - Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
    - Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
