Job Title: Database Administrator

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of a database. You will also be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users. This role ensures that data remains consistent across the database, data is clearly defined, users access data concurrently, and there is provision for data security and recovery control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Familiar with database management systems like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with database backup, recovery, security, and integrity
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL, Perl, or Python
