Customer Service/Database Manager

Responsible for customer service, public relations, and database management.
Duties to include but are not limited to:- Assist with plan sales and development
- Take all customer phone calls and maintain call log
- Work with managers to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and respond to customer emails
- Basic data entry tasks for accounting assistants including running daily sales reports, logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating invoices, and crafting spreadsheets
- Traveling to post office, bank, and various site locations. Handle incoming mail, scan and photocopy documents, help with credit card account reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors and customers about invoice and payments by phone or email
- Assisting with payroll. Run timesheets and calculate hours used by site
- Bulk gift card sales
- Fleet plan sales
- Monitor, maintain, and grow database of current customers

Monroe (historically French: Poste-du-Ouachita) is the eighth-largest city in the U.S. state of Louisiana. It is the parish seat of Ouachita Parish.
