Position Summary:
Quality Completions Supervisor is primarily responsible for the management, control, and issuance of required Systems Turnover Documents. This role will be tasked with ensuring that electronic version of all required documentation are compiled and saved in the completions databases(s). The Quality Completions Supervisor will also be responsible for input, tracking and management of Systems Completion punch lists. This will include field walk downs.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school.
- 5 years industrial construction experience
- 3-5 years in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas
- Computer Competency (Microsoft Office), Completions Database experience
- Craft competencies in the following:
- Civil and UG Work, Structural and Buildings
- Piping and Mechanical
- Electrical and Instrumentation
- Ability to attend and lead meetings regarding the assigned project
- Willingness to interact and coordinate efforts with contracted or internal/external inspection teams.
Job Functions:
- Working knowledge of QA/QC inspection process - ITP’s and related QA/QC documentation requirements
- Coordination of completions activities with project team
- Assess QA/QC forms for completeness and accuracy of information and ensure all required signatures have been captured.
- Manage the quality completions team which can include clerks, facilitators, and inspectors.
- Ensure the electronic version of all required documentation are compiled and saved in the appropriate folders and databases.
- Audit hardcopy documentation and electronic files
- Review and understand contractual requirements related to quality and completions
- Monitor and keep updated on progress of systems and subsystems
- Prepare reports on status of turnover systems
- Maintain, track, and manage the master systems punch list
- Generate reports on punch list and system/subsystem progress
- Participate in the final walk down of systems and areas with all project stakeholders
- Complete the assembly of turnover packages for transmittal to client
- Prepare Systems and Mechanical Completion Certificates

Preferred Qualifications:
- Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
- Previous commissioning or completions manager
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction or technology related field
- 10 years industrial construction experience
Reports to Position:
This position reports directly to the project manager or the Project Quality Completions Manager
and indirectly to the Corporate Quality Completions Manager. This position manages the entire Quality Completions team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will work in a general office environment. Capable of operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less.
