Position Title : Customer Administrator

Wage : $22 / hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 7am-3pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Administrator for a great company in the Walworth area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Customer Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Ensure production in compliance with procedures
• Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health and safety, etc.)
• Record production on the relevant sheets
• Work within the logistics department and interface with the customer to ensure timely shipment of product
• Control the quality of production
• Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies)
• Ensure the smooth running of the work process

Customer Administrator Requirements :

• Previous inspection experience preferred
• Customer service skills, strong computer skills, and ideally logistics experience
• Regularly use hands and fingers and handle or feel parts
• Lift up to 25lbs on an occasional basis, and up to 5lbs on a repetitive basis
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Stand for the full shift
• Bend, twist and reach on a frequent basis
• Attention to detail
• Excellent attendance
• Versatility and multi skills
