Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the eight core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Database Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data & Insights practice and service. Turnberry's Data & Insights service helps clients who seek visibility into company data, lack a single source of truth for accurate data, desire advanced analytics solutions, have data governance needs to ensure data quality, or have specific data challenges that may require an assessment, proof of concept, or custom solution not available in a typical out-of-the-box analytics methodology.
Responsibilities:
Design, model, develop, and support Database Management Systems DBMS
Analyze data requirements application and process architectures data dictionaries and database schemas
Design, develop, amend, optimize, and certify database schema design to meet systems requirements
Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes functions and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning
Develop database and warehousing designs across multiple platforms and computing environments
Develop an overall data architecture that supports the information needs of the business in a flexible but secure environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field orr equivalent work experience
8 years of IT work experience in DBA DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments
MS Powerpoint Intermediate, Oracle Financials, Project Planning
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
