The impact you will have in this role:

The Enterprise Intelligence Platform Lead will be responsible for building data pipelines using their deep knowledge of Talend, SQL and Data Analysis on the customized Snowflake data warehouse for Enterprise Intelligence.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Work on and lead engineering and development focused projects from start to finish with minimal direction. 
• Provide technical and operational support for our customer base as well as other technical areas within the company that apply Claw.
• Risk management functions such as reconciliation of vulnerabilities, security baselines as well as other risk and audit related objectives.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
• Work with stakeholders to prepare the product backlog for the team.
• Define and establish development teams processes.
• Administrative functions for our tools such as keeping the tool documentation current and handling service requests. 
• 24x7 support in case of any production issues.
• Participate in user training to increase awareness of Claw.
• Ensure incident, problem and change tickets are addressed in a timely fashion, as well as calling out technical and managerial issues.
• Follow DTCC’s ITIL process for incident, change and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Talents Needed for Success:

• Must have good SQL skills and good knowledge of relational databases, specifically, Snowflake.
• Demonstrable understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Good understanding of designing efficient data pipelines.
• Data modelling experience and data analytical skills.
• Ability to manage agile development cycles within the DTCC SDLC (SDP) methodology.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency of Windows and Unix-like operating system principles (power user functions)
• Working experience covering Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
• Solid grasp of the technical components of Snowflake, Talend, PowerShell and/or Autosys
