Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. The Marketing Analyst will track and report historical and current, ongoing metrics, identify opportunities with predictive analytics and benchmarking.
Specific Responsibilities:
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Aids in the development and maintenance of sales tools, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing tools.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
Report on marketing KPI’s like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
Optimize and utilize marketing tools-PPT’s’ Video’s; Advertising.
Manage Social Media Marketing and acts as site administrator, sites to include LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Track email campaign metrics
Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
Research and implement marketing tools to support promotion projects.
Partners with others to manage Trade Shows from end-to-end.
Works closely with sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
