We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Database Programmer I. This role can be home-based in India or office based in Pune, India.
PURPOSE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose
The Senior Database Programmer is responsible for designing and developing eCRFs (e.g., Screen design, visit structure, validation programming, 3rd party data transfers etc.) in Viedoc, Medidata RAVE, VEEVA and other Aixial supported EDCs as per Data Management activities. They are responsible for ensuring all database programming aspects per client work orders are delivered to high regulatory standards, within timelines, budget, and Aixial Group SOPs.

Required skills and qualities.
· Bachelor’s degree qualification in a Scientific discipline is preferred.
· Senior Database Programmer: 5 or more years as a Database Programmer or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· Knowledge and understanding of ICH GCP and other relevant ICH, EU, or FDA guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance.
· Understanding of Clinical trial process and Data management activities
· Proficient in computer technology used in an office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
· Ability to maintain high level of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times.
· Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.

Technical skills
· Strong experience of database programming using Electronic Data Capture systems e.g. Medidata RAVE, Viedoc, VEEVA etc.

· CDASH standards experience.
