Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Database Marketing Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
    • Ensure data accuracy and segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Master the Command and Brivity platforms to streamline database management.
    • Create and maintain automated workflows to manage leads and contacts efficiently.
    • Utilize Command and Brivity to identify potential leads and opportunities.
    • Implement best practices for data integration and synchronization between platforms.
    • Train team members on Command and Brivity usage and best practices.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
    • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
    • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Present Monthly "Lead Sources" ROI report and Monthly ROI report to track and analyze marketing performance.
    • Maintain marketing collateral inventory, ensuring materials are up-to-date and available for sales and admin teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in database management, particularly with Command and Brivity platforms.
    • Proven talent in marketing campaign coordination, social media content creation, and digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for creating compelling content.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Creative mindset.
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
    • Previous real estate industry experience is a bonus.
