Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Database Marketing Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Here's what you'd do:
    • Perform in-depth data/metadata analysis using CRM and CX Management tools
    • Perform manual tasks if needed like sending reminders or completing missing data and fields
    • Extract meaningful insights from survey data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
    • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to inform business decisions
    • Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to communicate survey results effectively
    • Recommend improvements to survey methodologies and data collection processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
    • Help with customer identification, segmentation, and journey enhancement
    • Ensure basic administrative functions like user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
    • Analyze and import leads, contacts, and other data into Salesforce
    • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
    • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

    • Pay Range: $20-$25/hour (DOE)
    • Hours: 1st: 8AM to 5:00PM
    • Workdays: Monday - Friday
    • Length: Contract to Direct
