Clutch is looking for a Marketing Analyst with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on digital measurement & creative testing strategies.
• Conduct profitability analysis for e-commerce brands (ROI analysis).
• Perform performance audits to identify business gaps and opportunities for clients.
• Analyze marketing data (website, media, owned marketing) for campaign optimization.
• Improve website user experience through conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Communicate data insights and recommendations through clear and concise reports.
Utilize AI and modeling tools to accelerate data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, etc.).
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or similar role.
• Expertise in working with large datasets (Excel).
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (GTM, Google Analytics).
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Experience analyzing data from digital marketing channels (social, search, etc.).
• Basic understanding of website development and e-commerce platforms.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Python programming experience (data transformation, programmatic analysis).
• CRM, customer data platform, and owned marketing channel data analysis.
• Marketing and customer modeling knowledge (predictive, mixed media, attribution).
SEO analysis experience.
