Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Must reside in or around Chambersburg, York, Lititz, Millersburg, Lancaster, PA
Responsibilities:
Resetting and updating MDI planograms
Rotating product
Maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Previous grocery experience
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must be able to read a planogram
Bi-Weekly Pay
Must pass a background check & drug test.
Monday Thru Thursday work week- Day Shift
Travel to different Grocery stores and reset sections and rotate product. There will be overnight stays.
Will Be provided with a card for hotel stays.
Will be overnight stays with this position.
