SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall direction of the Marketing department. Responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors’ Degree preferred. Minimum five years experience in a marketing function, and minimum five years experience in a casino/gaming environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable state Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
