    We are looking for a talented and experienced Database Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing Argyle's databases while supporting marketing for demand generation, as well as event attendee recruitment. 


    Responsibilities:

    • Verify Argyle's existing prospecting and attendance databases are aligned with lead generation strategy
    • Ensure data provider partners are used optimally to support lead generation and attendance requirements 
    • Maintain database marketing campaigns for Argyle's various event products and programs
    • Manage Argyle's Salesforce CRM and Pardot email marketing platforms 
    • Provide management team with appropriate performance measurement reports in a timely and accurate manner 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
    • 3 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on both digital media for marketing and sales objectives
    • Expert level knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce platforms
    • Experience working with data platforms such as ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Cognism 
    • Understanding of advanced data segmentation analysis and modeling 
    • Understanding of database marketing strategy, standards and benchmarks
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients

    Preferred Skills:

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, working on tight deadlines across multiple projects
    • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across the company
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
