Database Marketing Manager manages a staff of analysts responsible for the maintenance of the organization's marketing database. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and may be responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, or evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Being a Database Marketing Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Database Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Database Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities
- Plan and design medium to large scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Assist with oversight and guidance of projects from initial concept through construction
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals
- Collaborate, mentor and lead as appropriate
- Prepare preliminary engineering reports.
- Perform and review detailed hydraulic calculations.
- Produce effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications)
- Assist clients with construction procurement
- Assist with water and wastewater operations and research, hydraulic/process modeling, environmental review, permitting, and project financing
- Provide bidding and construction administration services.
