Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain a clear understanding of and properly use/follow software, processes and procedures.
• Efficiently and productively stay ahead of the demand of shop manager, customers and technicians for the service department with successful follow through.
• Maintaining orderly and accurate service paperwork under the direction of the shop manager
• Organizing and entering work orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Any other duties as assigned by the shop manager or general management.

Qualifications Needed:

• Professional personal appearance
• A consistent pro-active approach with all responsibilities, going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures surrounding industrial vacuum service business
• People skills is a must with excellent communication skills.
• Driver’s License with clean MVR Report; CDL is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including e-mail, typing, ten key etc.
• Pre-employment drug test with negative test results
