Pike Construction Services is excited to announce that we will be adding a Financial Report Analyst to our growing Accounting department. This position will be reporting out of our corporate office, which is located in Rochester, NY. As a Financial Report Analyst, you will be providing support to the overall enterprise by providing accurate and timely analysis of the Company s overall financial status. The position will also be responsible for:

• Managing the Company s insurance programs, which will include claims payments, financial reporting, compliance and auditing
• The financial reporting of the Company s Real Estate and Development entities
• Developing, overseeing and reporting on monthly overhead budgets
• Assist with month end, quarter, and annual financial statement close process

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution in a related field; and/or minimum of 3 years equivalent experience in an accounting or related environment
• Construction and/or Real Estate Industry Accounting, preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft application including Microsoft Excel, required
