Department Overview
The Transformation
Office was newly created in 2022 reporting to the Chief Operations and
Transformation Officer. This is a
critical function to ensure Fremont Bank is making the best use of our
resources such as people, processes, and technology. The team works with leaders across the
organization to help them identify opportunities, metrics, and track
performance on Transformation Scorecards.
Our
team is tasked with providing supporting analysis of large quantities of
quantitative and qualitative data (using complex features of Excel) for
identifying and reporting on opportunities with the greatest possible impact.
Position Overview
Apprentice Level: Data Analyst (Pivot Tables & Executive Report)
Extract
large quantities of data using existing spreadsheets and creating new
spreadsheets (Excel) including complex functions for charting date and
development of Pivot Tables. This will
also include integration with PowerPoint (PPT) for executive and board level
presentations. Qualitative data will
require exceptional communication and analytical skills. Additional duties may include cleaning up
and editing documentation/instructions. The intern will have an opportunity to present their work to leaders
across the Bank and learn how to collect feedback on their own work.
