Position Description: Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Warehouse/Driver (non-CDL) to support our team and customers by accurately and safely handling orders in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Based in Prescott Valley, AZ, this position offers a pay range of $15-18/hr, depending on experience. RF Gun experience and bilingual abilities (Spanish speaking) are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assist in loading and unloading the delivery truck, ensuring proper security and separation of products, especially hazardous materials.
- Receive shipments, log into inventory, and maintain accuracy through regular audits.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintaining necessary certification, and perform vehicle safety checks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, ensuring an efficient working environment.
- Navigate the most effective delivery routes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and delivery operations.
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual abilities (English - Spanish) highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Capable of maneuvering heavy objects, with some items weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Prior forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in landscaping and irrigation is a plus, but not required.
