Being a Database Warehouse Analyst plans and executes data warehouse implementations following system requirements and anticipated usage. Performs data extraction, ensures data accuracy, troubleshoots, and resolves bugs during data warehouse operations. Additionally, Database Warehouse Analyst analyzes business intelligence data and designs and generates reports. Understands and utilizes ETL tools like Informatica and programming languages like Python. Acts as liaison between information technology and business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Loss Prevention Team in our Blenheim store!
Your primary focus will be on preventing shrinkage (theft) by monitoring security cameras, following procedures around recovery, and promoting a safe environment for both the team and customers.
This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can work on their feet a lot. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, and ensure that the store is running smoothly, safely and securely. Being able to cope under pressure and calmly problem solve is your superpower!
Experience in Loss Prevention is a plus, but not necessary. There will also be times where you are needed to help customers with their queries, so experience in retail is ideal!
