    Job Description:

    • Coordinate prioritization process.
    • Perform User Story Analysis and extracts requirements for stories.
    • Gain an in depth knowledge of the business requirements.
    • Develops and executes functional test cases.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business customers.
    • Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes.
    • Provides input on solution and business requirement document.
    • Gain enough technical details of a project to participate in the estimations process.
    • Supports implementation of process improvements, best practices, and high quality solutions.
    • Provides system support for production issues by troubleshooting and recommending solutions.
    • Performs organizational tasks regarding change control, incident management and audit.
    • Works with product owner and customer to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation.
    • Contributes to department process improvement activities.
    • Help document and coordinate go-live activities.
    • Participate with creating business process diagrams.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document them in a clear and concise manner.
    • Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align to the requirement.
    • Should be able to construct flow diagrams for the requirements gathered.
    • Should be capable to extract full requirements for the partial requirements identified as this is project is in incubation stage.
    • Proficiency in depicting requirements gathered in workflow diagrams.
    • Proficiency in converting shell user stories into refined technical user stories in Gherkin format.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred.
    • ITL Foundation Certification preferred.
    • Experience in requirement analysis field, preferably in automotive industry.
    • Ability to gather requirements for cases that are not fully defined.
    • Ability to stay organized.
    • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of service and change using Agile Methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing within own team and business.
    • Customer service oriented.
    • Proven to be able to work well under pressure.
    • Competent understanding of Business Analyst processes including requirement gathering and delivery.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,664.16 - $100,283.73 per year
