```Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

Duties:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

- Provide a variety of learning experiences to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians

- Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment that stimulates learning

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques

- Strong classroom management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with developmental delays or disabilities
