Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in play, learning, and socialization activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Observe and assess children's development and communicate progress to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment

Skills:
- Experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong behavior management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with children
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is preferred
- Special education experience is a plus
