Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Promote literacy skills through storytelling, reading, and language development exercises - Teach basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games - Encourage creativity and self-expression through art, music, and movement activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with parents/guardians to support each child's individual needs - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Patience, compassion, and the ability to create a positive learning environment - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Physical stamina to keep up with active toddlers We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
