Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle the needs of multiple children simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Skills:
- Educate children through interactive and hands-on activities.
- Experience in childcare services.
- Classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
- Experience working with diverse groups of students with varying abilities.
