This is a FLSA Hourly Non-Exempt Position

Horizon Renewal Center is looking for passionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff in the surrounding area of Booneville, AR to work with Men and Women in a residential substance abuse treatment facility setting who are currently going through the process of overcoming addiction with our help, guidance, compassion, and understanding. We are looking for individuals interested in a Full Time Time position from 11 pm to 7 am.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safety and security of clients and the premises during the overnight hours.
• Responding promptly to any emergencies or crises that arise including medical emergencies and behavioral disturbances.
• Providing emotional support to clients who are experiencing difficulties.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of any incidents, activities and interactions with clients.
• Routinely walking the premises and performing bed checks.
• Monitoring clients and allowing them outside access at the designated time period.
• Preparing Breakfast for clients at the designated time period.
• Participate in any ongoing training and personal development.
• Adhere to all Guidance Center policies and procedures.

Must be able to Pass Criminal Background Check/Pre-Employment Drug Screen
