Day Care Center Teacher jobs in Gary, IN

Wee Care Child Development Center is looking to hire an Assistant Preschool Teacher. You will be responsible for assisting lead teachers and working with children ages 1 to 12. The ideal candidate is creative, fun, active, and has the ability to keep children engaged.

Requirements:

• Some college or certification in Early Childhood Education, required
• Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Previous childcare experience

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

• PTO after first 90 days

• Wee Care Child Development center is PTQ Level 4. We qualify for the TEACH scholarship and pay for 90% of additional schooling. This includes, CDA, Associate's Degree, and Bachelor's Degree.
