Summary
While upholding the Star Valley Health mission, vision and values this key position is responsible for the delivery of quality resident care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN contributes to the development of the plan of care for each resident and directly implements and/or directs the CNA’s in carrying out the plan of care as outlined. The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care. This is an at-will position.
