Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform phlebotomy and other specimen collections as needed
- Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) appropriately for patient care
- Monitor and ventilate patients as required
- Conduct sonography procedures as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculation
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures efficiently
- Experience with ventilator management and patient monitoring systems
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
