SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Extended Care Employee assists the Coordinator with all aspects of the after school program.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Be responsible for engaging with the students
Keep accurate daily attendance records
Plan appropriate and varied activities for the students involved
Implement the discipline plan to maintain a wholesome and safe environment for the students
Maintain a standard of neatness and orderliness in the base room
Follow a plan for development to increase understanding of the needs of children enrolled in the program
Model Godly behavior for the parents and students that they come in contact with daily
Seek to build and nurture those students who attend the program

Professes Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
Good standing membership in an evangelical church whose beliefs are consistent with the Statement of Faith of Calvary Baptist Church and Calvary Day School
Relates Christian lifestyle and experience to daily life and work
Familiarity with the needs of Lower School students
