DEALER deals a variety of games such as poker, craps, blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. Manipulates cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks. Being a DEALER handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Accepts bets, pays winners and collects from non-winners. Additionally, DEALER may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The DEALER may require 0-1 year of general work experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our customers, while utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing
- Explain aspects of various table games to our gaming customer’s
- Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, state Gaming Regulations and internal controls
- Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collects bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures
- Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any customer needs; i.e. cocktails, host service etc
- Reports any unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license
- Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training
- Must be willing to be interviewed and Auditioned
- Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
