What you’ll be doing :

The Dealer Service Representative (DSR) provides industry-leading customer service and support to Osprey’s sales rep force, specialty retailers, the end user of our product and Osprey Associates.

Ensures positive relationships with all customers to further strengthen our brand and company reputation. Efficiency and accuracy are crucial in the DSR’s work while growing in a fast-paced, busy and reactive environment.

• Support order book management; receiving, confirming, revising, processing, reserving orders, etc. (current and upcoming season)
• Manage dealer accounts, conduct territory analysis, perform accurate monthly forecasting, work within account thresholds;

maintain customer cards, routing guides and vendor agreements, and conduct new account management

• Manage and maintain personal and territory inboxes within established thresholds
• Process claims and returns
• Maintain high level of engagement with the call management system (answering, voicemails,
• Take reasonable action vital to carry out responsibilities consistent with general mentorship of the Dealer Service Supervisor

Skills needed to be successful in this role :

• A passion for cultivating an excellent customer and consumer experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Expert level knowledge of Osprey products and our NAV ERP sales system

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 3 years customer service experience
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree
• Outdoor retail or sales experience

In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $16.90 - $25.36 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance.

The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
