DEALER deals a variety of games such as poker, craps, blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. Manipulates cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks. Being a DEALER handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Accepts bets, pays winners and collects from non-winners. Additionally, DEALER may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The DEALER may require 0-1 year of general work experience. - Maintain positive corporate relationships with vendors and business professionals.
- Communicate lease terms, renewal negotiations, and information with landlords of 800 locations.
- Review, draft, and abstract lease documents (on-the-job training, no prior experience required.)
- Resolve rent discrepancies and communicate with internal and external accounting departments.
- Maintain lease database and ensure data entry is accurate.
- Manage and oversee projects that require consistent organization, follow-up, phone calls, and email communication
- Keep databases and systems current.
- Create and run reporting in Microsoft Excel and lease database systems
- General phone and email management
- Deliver outstanding service and support to all retail locations by resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
- Directly assist members of management with ongoing projects.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Competency in PC required:
- Outlook/Email
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- General office skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new projects/responsibilities/tasks
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
