Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. About Role:
A Hutcherson Construction Client Relationship Manager is a professional who specializes in selling decking, siding, and roofing products and services to clients in the exterior construction industry. Their primary role in this outside sales position is to generate revenue by building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
Some of the key responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager include:
1. Manage and grow existing clients, along with organic leads provided from the BDC.
2. Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking events and referrals.
3. Present, promote and sell products/services, using our sales process, to existing and prospective customers in order to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
4. Conduct site visits to gather information and meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
5. Establish and maintain sufficient product knowledge to provide product demonstrations and technical expertise to clients.
6. Prepare quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and prepare sales proposals.
7. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

To be successful in this role, a Client Relationship Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry and its products and services.
