North American Relationship Manager

Position Overview:
Manages the Customer Service Administration (front office) department within the north American territory, in strong collaboration with the central sales organization in Europe. This includes the customer relationship management, process design and adjustment, demand planning and handling of stock/consignment in our local central Warehouse in Towanda/Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities Would Include:

• Manage the customer service administration in strong collaboration with the European central sales organization
• Secure a strong alignment and adaption of the processes together with and from Europe
• KPI based performance development of the team. Ensure of a good, collaborative management and team culture as well outstanding performance
• Further development of existing and future sales processes within the department
• Ensure a good continuously exchange with the colleagues within the Division and act like one global team
• Collaboration with the manufacturing plans in Europe and Asia. Be the main contact to the local business administration, engineering, supply chain and product management.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities and market trends to provide directions
• Overview and balance consignment stock /warehouses inventory
• Technical and commercial clarification of all relevant questions regarding order and offer management
• Ensuring best-in-class processes for the best possible customer experience
• Participate in global meetings with the relevant departments and maintaining the network with our headquarter organization in Europe.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in a manager position in sales administration or equal
• BS degree in Business, Marketing, Technical, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements:

• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong specialized and/or technical abilities in the field of the wear parts industry
• Strong product and service knowledge with prior marketing experience
• Strong management skills and assertiveness
