Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Salary Plus Commission, Easy 6 figures your first 12 months!
In this role you will report to the Sales Manager.
PERKS & COMPENSATION- Salary plus Commission
- $60k/2% off the top for the first 3 Months
- $45k/3% off the top going forward
- Minimum goal every month is $150k per person
- You’ll have the ability to sell our HVAC and Lighting businesses to the same customers too which will only increase your numbers

- You will also be on a rotation for incoming leads
- Knowledge of roofing industry and to ability troubleshoot repairs
- Ability and comfortability on ladders and walking on roofs
- Great verbal and written communication skills.

- CRM knowledge and experience. Acculynx knowledge a huge plus
- Attention to detail is a must, you’ll need to setup the production team for success
- Clean background and driving record
- Work hours, approximately 7:30-4:00pm but some evening and weekend appts will be required
- Including industry events
- There will be office time everyday
- Doing all your follow ups
- Writing thank you letters after all your appointments
- Taking care of paperwork
- Mapping out your day to be as efficient as possible
- Attend weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and one on ones to discuss projects, questions and team collaborations
