Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Salary Range: $11.40 hourly plus tips (full-time dealers are averaging between 70K to 80K a year with
wages and tips!)
Shift: Thursday – Monday 6 PM – 2 AM
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Deal Blackjack, Poker Variant, or any live table game in accordance with Century Casinos established
House Policies and Procedures and the Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned live table games.
Maintain good customer service skills with all customers and Team Members.
Maintain an acceptable mathematical skill set to compute quick and accurate table game payouts.
Provide personal attention and assistance to customers, verify players’ payouts, and explain any in-
house promotions, and explain gaming rules and regulations, as necessary. Acts to keep customers
satisfied and motivated to return whether they win or lose.
Ability to shuffle, and deal cards, spin a roulette ball, push chips to players, and operate shuffle
devices.
Inspects playing cards and ensures all gaming equipment is present and in proper working order.
Exchange customer’s currency for gaming chips and deposits currency immediately into the
appropriate table’s drop box.
Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations. This
includes special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to Pit Supervisors in
reference to alcohol consumption by patrons. Verifies the accuracy of required Gaming forms prior
to signature.
Attendance: reports to work, and returns from breaks as scheduled, on time, and able to work.
Experience/Licenses: 6 months experience in dealing blackjack and/or poker
Colorado state gaming license required
