Dealer Relationship Manager jobs in Davenport, IA
Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be a Dealer Relationship Manager typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Summary:To perform the assigned game as per company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills.
Essential Functions:- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Conducts the game per company policy.
- Multi-task in dealing cards, counting, and entertaining all guests involved in the game.
- Makes payoffs and handles other customer table action.
- Controls speed of the game.
- Able to work Casino hours: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year, including all holidays.
Required:- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand up to 100% of time on gaming floor.
- Clear close vision for speed & accuracy.
- Possess or have ability to possess class C IRGC gaming license.
- Demonstrated ability to apply math concepts and critical thinking skills to practical situations.
- Preferred: 6 months experience
Schedule:Full-time & Part-time: Schedule varies; to include nights, weekends & holidays
Salary:Starts at $5.50/hr tokes & PTO 20hrs PT, 40 FT
