Dealer Trade Driver (Non-employee, Independent Contractor)

Walla Walla Toyota is seeking a motivated Dealer Trade Driver to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is very family-friendly. Our Dealer Trade Driver safely transports our vehicles between dealerships. The ideal candidate is going to be someone with a clean driving record and excellent communication skills.

Dealer Trade Driver Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are not damaged or defective. 
• Transport dealership vehicles between Walla Walla Toyota and trading dealerships. 
• Follow all traffic laws, ensuring the safety of self, the community, and that our vehicles remain intact.
• Communicate with the sales management team related to any issues or concerns related to the delivery of the vehicle or necessary vehicle maintenance.
• Be mindful of time and expense related to travel between dealerships. 

Dealer Trade Driver Qualifications: 

• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• In accordance with State and Federal employment laws, must be age 18 or older.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Driving 1 year minimum

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
