Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Foursight Capital (A OneMain Financial Company) is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of a Dealer Relationship Representative for the Seattle, WA and Portland, OR region.
A Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for generating quality applications for indirect auto retail installment contracts for their assigned region. This is accomplished through the maintenance of current dealer relationships as well as growing the market through building new relationships with franchise and independent dealerships.
In this role the Dealer Relationship Rep is responsible for promoting the current Foursight program, following up on potential deals, reviewing and improving dealership efficiency, and when needed addressing any identified issues. The Dealer Relationship Rep is also expected to be the primary advocate for both the dealership and internal credit staff to ensure all parties are effectively communicating and working together.
Location: Must currently live in or around previously stated territories
Schedule: Full-Time based upon company and dealership needs
Pay: from $65,000-80,000/year (base commission role)
