Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     POSITION OVERVIEW: 

    This position will provide superior guest service to guests while controlling assigned games in accordance with casino procedures.  

     

    This position ensures the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of guest’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.     

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.   

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

    The essential function of the Dealer includes but not limited to: 

    • Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game. 

    • Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of table games. 

    • Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s). 

    • Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position. 

    • Performs accurate chip and cash transactions. 

    • Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes. 

    • Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times. 

    • Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures. 

    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 

    • Ensures operations of the assigned gaming area are in accordance with all internal controls, State, Tribal and Federal rules, and regulations. 

    • Ensures confidentiality and protection of property assets, guests, and the integrity of the property. 

    • Performs other duties as assigned. 

     

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. 

     

    SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

    A minimum of six (6) months’ Casino Dealer experience, requiredMust be able to deal Blackjack and (OTHER GAMES) with a high level of proficiency.  Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition displaying adequate skills.  Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. 

     

    Must be a minimum of 18 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.  

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.   

     

    While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle; feel; or grip objects, stretch and/or reach with hands and arms; stoop; crouch or work in cramped or awkward positions; repetitive motions.  This person may regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus.   

     

    ENVIRONMENT: 

    The environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member may encounter while performing the essential functions of the position. 

     

    Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel.  May also, from time-to-time, be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement system, as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
