Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the maintenance, cultivation and retention of an established client portfolio. The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating new client portfolio relationships to meet all ongoing established portfolio growth goals. The Relationship Manager should have significant expertise and experience with all complex credit skills and have a high level and detailed understanding of all banking credit, deposit and treasury products.
Professional / Educational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 7-10 year’s relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring pay range for this position is $91,045 to $157,227. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
