What We Need:

We are looking for an Dealer Loyalty - Event Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating events and activities with HNI Workplace Furnishings from conception through execution. This includes customer and dealer visits, as well as company and community events. You will provide a high level of service and organize high quality events.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within the timelines.
• Manage Headquarter-led customer and dealer visits and events; Design Days and National Sales Meeting events and sponsorships, assist with community events including HNI/HON/Allsteel City of Hope events, Incentive events.
• Liaison to the sales team, dealers, and leadership to identify customer and dealer visit opportunities and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize facilities and manage all event details such as catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitees, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials, including troubleshooting any emerging problems before or during the event.
• Organize meetings, manage calendars, & arrange travel for a variety of members & clients.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and detailed reports on a frequent basis.
• Managing event materials to align with our Brand.
• Budget management includes tracking, processing invoices and overall awareness.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communications required. Emphasis on event planning preferred.
• Minimum of 3-years experience in marketing or public relations.
• Ability to travel and work off-hours as needed.
