GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the A&S-Arts & Sciences department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

• Provides administrative, clerical, and instructional support for Arts & Sciences.
• Answers and screens calls and conveys messages appropriately.
• Processes paperwork related to hiring, including pay agreements, monthly payroll adjustments, duals, overloads, and stipends.
• Data collection and management for department's enrollment, Academic Program Review, and other dashboard components used for assessment.
• Orders supplies and equipment.
• Submits book orders for faculty.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree and one year related work experience, or an Associate's Degree and three years related work experience, or a High School Diploma and five years experience. Prefer two years of community college or higher education administration experience, experience with Colleague system or similar information management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
