Job Description
● Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach (written and
verbal). Bring in relevant team members to assist with converting prospects to clients. Maintain the client
relationship and quarterback any issues.
● Strong cross- product knowledge. Entail cross selling as we have a suite of services and products.
● Use of CRM, Tracker, and other tools to assist you in your goals.
● Client relationship management: maintain the client relationship and possibly cross-sell other
services.
Qualifications:
● 5 years of experience in Business Development sales with Business Processing Outsourcing,
Outsourcing, Global Talent, IT, Digital Marketing, and/or customer service roles.
● Strong English-speaking verbal and written communication skills
● Proven process and strategy of successfully generating leads, engaging those leads and bringing in team members to close.
● Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizations skills
● Self-Starter and Results-Driven approach.
● Bachelor's degree
