Additionally, Dean of Business requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Business manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. President Biden has issued an Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. NDSU is considered a Federal Contractor. The Federal Guidance requires federal contractors with a covered contract to conform to vaccination, masking, and physical distancing protocol.
