Texas Communications in Bryan, TX needs to hire a Two-Way Radio Technician to repair and install two-way radio systems for commercial and public safety communications. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities – Radio Technician:

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install two-way radio systems for commercial and public safety communications
• Use wireless technologies to solve issues and work with radio hardware and electronics.

• 
  Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with electronic systems
• Experience with two-way radio systems and radio frequency (RF) technology
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of wireless technologies such as P25 and DMR
• Great problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• CET or GCT1 is required;
• Motorola Astro and MotoTrbo certificates would be an asset.
