Dean of Dentistry manages administrative functions of the college of dentistry. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Dentistry leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Dentistry requires an advanced degree of dentistry. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Dentistry manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. The Patient Coordinator will oversee efficient execution of practice processes, and will coordinate patient flow.
Duties:
- Oversee the entire patient visit, and ensure every patient has a positive experience.
- Exhibit a passion for dentistry and educate patients to improve their oral and overall health.
- Oversee efficient execution of front desk and clinical processes in the practice.
- Present treatment plans to patients and help them understand their individual needs.
- Be available to work in both front desk and clinical areas as needed.
- Coordinate patient flow by keeping the schedule organized and full.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Dental X-ray certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental practice flow.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
