Job Overview:
Dr. Simha Kukunooru is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information is entered into the system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and transcribing documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly (e.g., property management systems)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
